Just a short note to give some kudos to my dear friend Penelope. I have known her all of my life. During that time she has been the most supportive and giving individual I have ever known.
She has helped me through my mother's illness both emotionally and financially. She has seen me through a difficult period in my life when I was battling drugs and she was there with advice and emotional support once again.
When I was on my way to recovery and needed transportation in order to get a better job, she gave me a used Cadillac and said that instead of paying her, I should pass it forward when I was ready to get my own car. I did as she wished after about a year.
Penny is genuine and a sincere friend to myself, my family and anyone who comes along and needs her. I have seen her lend money to people she hardly knows and most of the time she has not been repaid, I have also seen her take in people who have no where to live and gave them the use of her lake house even when she wasn't there.
There is so much more, over the years that I either have forgotten or many little things too numerous to mention.
Penny's intelligence and business sense has always been a source of inspiration to me, and I strive to be the kind of person she is, but I still have a long way to go.
